Mr Ardi Kolah LL.M

Ardi is Executive Fellow and Director of the GDPR Programme at Henley Business School and works part-time as the DPO for Hitachi Consulting that became the first to achieve BS10012:2017 (Personal Information Management System).

He started his career at the BBC before working for Andersen Consulting as a senior manager. He’s recognised as one of the leading data protection practitioners in Europe and has provided advice and training to Nationwide, HSBC, Accenture, Santander, Hitachi, Sainsbury’s, John Lewis Partnership, Marks & Spencer, SolarWinds MSP, HCL, CarbonBlack, Century Link/Level 3, Lloyds Bank, Capita Asset Services and many others on GDPR.

Ardi was a judge for the ICO’s inaugural DPO Awards and is chief examiner of the foundation and practitioner certificates in data protection and privacy for the British Computer Society. Ardi is also Editor-in-Chief, Journal of Data Protection & Privacy and is a keynote speaker/chair all over the world on GDPR.

Mrs Ivana Bartoletti

Our co-host is Ivana Bartoletti, the Head of Privacy and Data Protection at Gemserv. Her years of experience in the field span the public and private sectors, including senior roles in the NHS, Barclays and Sky.

Ivana holds a Master of Laws degree (LLM) with a Distinction and a postgraduate management degree in European Public Affairs. Ivana recently delivered a packed-out talk on Brexit to a crowd at GDPR Summit London.
